When you have an important journey like a transfer to the airport, the best way to book your cab is to make the reservation one hour in advance.
You should consider hiring a driver by the hour, when is that time period so difficult to find a cab. Hiring an 8-seater minibus hourly will cost up to 100 euros per hour. A discount is available starting at 3 hours.
